Collaboration and Opportunities

Student Researchers:

  • Research Assistantships in the form of RAships or hourly employment are available depending on current funding. They are open to all Stanford students, with first priority going to PhD students in Civil and Environmental Engineering with interests in computational engineering and engineering information management.

  • Research for Course Credit can be arranged for independent study or via a research-oriented academic program, such as an undergraduate honors thesis or senior project.

Interested individuals should contact Professor Kincho H. Law (law@stanford.edu) for appointments.

Industrial and Research Collaborations:

Researchers and students in this program benefit greatly from interaction with various agencies and  industrial companies, both as a source of support and collaboration. Gifts, research grants and collaborative activities can be arranged under a wide variety of ways.  For more information, contact Professor Kincho H. Law (law@stanford.edu).
